If you would like to test vitero before deciding for licensing, you have the following options:

• Company-specific test session, if several people from your company are interested in vitero – please contact us.
• Test setting over several days (after participation in a test session) – please contact us.
• Pilot project for intense testing with professional support by vitero (we would be pleased to prepare a customised offer for you).

We run a variety of license models and modules. Depen­ding on the rooms and/or modules you receive quantity discounts. Not all modules can be combined with one another. Thus, we are happy to advise you in advance in order to determine the best com­bination for you. You will receive an individual price information after a short consultation. Please contact us!

Please contact the vitero consultants to find out about your requirements and needs. We will advise you on the most suitable options for you. You will receive an offer for your order. As soon as we have received your order and all relevant information, we will activate your account as soon as possible or at your desired date. Afterwards, you will receive the access data, which we will send to the desired email addresses (administrator access). From this point on, you can work with vitero.

When entering the room all participants are muted. Spea­king rights are assigned by the moderator when the micro­phone icon is handed out.
You can mute yourself in two ways:
Temporary muting: Keep the “mute microphone” button (on the bottom right) or the CTRL key pressed.
Permanent muting: Per click on the micophone icon in the audio settings (on the bottom left).

The interface can be adjusted user-specifically in the following languages:

vitero inspire is available in the room sizes 6, 10, 16, 26, 46 or 80 participants – each including the moderator seats. Please note that vitero inspire differentiates between participants with various func­tions to actively organise a session and audience partici­pants who have limited interaction options. In addi­tion to a maximum of 80 partici­pants, up to 200 audience members can join the room (extension module vitero extend required).

The webcam feature offers the option to activate up to 12 live images at the same time on the display area. Presentations or Screen Sharing can also be added to the display area. Please find further information in our user manual.

The moderators can hand out up to 12 microphones to partici­pants at the same time. An attendee’s microphone channel is opened as long as the microphone icon is dis­played on the avatar. Partici­pants can also speak without microphone by clicking the push-to-talk button in the “functions” area.
Alternatively, you can use the [CTRL key] on your keyboard. Please find further infor­mation in our user manual.

The number of subrooms depends on your license, e. g. if you have licensed a virtual room for 10 participants, 10 subrooms are available.

The extension module vitero create allows you to integrate your Corporate Identity.

vitero inspire has an inte­grated video player that can play videos in MP4 format.

A team leader can set up the virtual room (forum, messa­ges, subrooms, etc.). A mode­rator can be anyone in the virtual room who switches to one of the moderator seats. When seated there, mode­ration rights (start collabo­ration tools, present slides, hand out microphones, etc.) are automatically assigned. Please find further infor­mation in our document about rights and roles.

vitero offers first-level-support in German and English around the clock (24/7). We are happy to support you proactively with advance technology checks, initial support at the beginning of a meeting and technical advice.
In addition you can access our online help at any time.

To participate in sessions in vitero inspire, the individual participants need a vitero user account that is assigned to the required group or an automatically generated session code. You can use the vitero inspire login to log in easily via the browser with your own user account or a session code.
