eLearning Award in the category live online trainings Festool and vitero were awarded
The jury of the eLearning Awards 2024 awarded us together with Festool Deutschland GmbH the prize for the winning project ‘Product training through live online training for Festool specialist trade partners in the DACH region’. We are delighted to receive the joint award in the Live Online Training category.
Festool manufactures premium power tools for the highest demands. The company places the same high quality demands on its new digital training concept as it does on its tools. In co-operation with vitero GmbH, the existing range of seminars has been digitally expanded. This enables sales staff to experience a new form of product training.
Thanks to the high-quality online product presentation using six different camera positions, participants have the opportunity to familiarise themselves with Festool’s products and system solutions in detail, just like in the classroom training. Q&A sessions, brainstorming sessions or other methods can be carried out directly in vitero inspire – in a structured and interactive way. Even with a fully booked online training course, all participants have the feeling of sitting ‘in the front row’ and being ‘in the thick of it’. Participation is possible from the comfort of your own workplace or from home.
The aim of combining the advantages of classroom training with the flexibility of the digital format was achieved. The response from participants has been very positive. In 2023, 70% of training courses were already held online.
