Support for vitero inspire First aid

You can run a self-test for vitero inspire before your session.

You can start vitero inspire via the vitero inspire login in a browser or alternatively use a Windows executable file. If you have received an invi­tation email with a link, please use it.

Please contact the admini­strator of your vitero inspire session or the vitero support.

You can find the code tab in the vitero login mask. Click on the tab and enter the code. You can join the session by confirming the code.

The password can be reset via the “forgot password” function in the login mask. Please enter your user name and email address in the respective fields. The reset link will be sent via email.

Your account can be unlocked by requesting a reset link via the “forgot password” function. The account is accessible after entering the new password. Alternatively, the account will be unlocked after 15 minutes.

After entering and confirming the session code, you will be redirected to the area “create avatar”. Here you can join the vitero inspire session with your own user account via the button “use vitero account”.

If you do not see your event, it may be due to several reasons.
1. Your account is not assigned to this appointment.
2. You have multiple accounts and have logged in with the “wrong” one.
3. Your session has not been opened yet. Please log in again later.

You need to be already logged in a vitero inspire session to use the telephone dial-up. Go to “Phone” in the settings menu. Under “You call” you can find a phone number and login data. Please note that a touch tone telephone is requi­red and that telephone dial-up needs to be activated by the organiser.

It is possible to record a vitero inspire session. To do this, the extension module vitero record must be licensed via one of our consul­tants. Furthermore, the session recorder needs to be installed before the recording.

You can change your email address in the Vitero Management System (VMS) under “My profile”.

Existing organisers or administrators can contact our support to have new administrators added.

You can take a picture with your webcam during the session or upload up to two photos under vms.vitero.de in the section “My Profile” and save it in the Vitero Management System (VMS). If you use vitero via an LMS, your profile picture may be automatically adopted.

The web page Status-Overview gives an overview of the general availability as well as the performance of individual functions. In addition to the detailed information, the status is displayed with a clearly recognisable icon in green, yellow and red.
