In general, existing concepts and materials from face-to-face training courses cannot be transferred 1:1 to online communication. We will be happy to advise you and support you in adapting your content and methods to the framework conditions in the virtual room.

If the moderator has little experience or still feels insecure, a vitero co-moderator can provide the necessary security. They provide support, take the pressure off you and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Clear arrangementOperation of the virtual room after precise agreement on which tasks your moderator would like to carry out themselves (e.g. deleting gestures, starting interactions, assigning the microphone or time monitoring).
With a sense of proportionThe co-moderation role can range from complete operation of the virtual room to participation as a silent observer who only intervenes in an emergency. On request, your moderator will receive detailed feedback after the session.
