Case study – pilot project with MOTUL Start-up help from the expert
As one of the largest manufacturers of engine oils and industrial lubricants, MOTUL focuses on innovation, customer proximity and continuous optimisation. The technical trainings on its products and applications have so far been held in presence. In order to meet the international market conditions and to train its worldwide distributors faster, MOTUL has decided to expand its online communication with vitero as a partner.
The cooperation started with a pilot phase. vitero as an expert provided individual support and assistance in building up knowledge in the field of online communication.
The five-member project team, consisted of MOTUL and vitero employees, presented the jointly developed training concept at the international MOTUL kick-off in the Netherlands at the end of February. The long-term goal is to roll out the redesigned concept company-wide.
The pilot phase has now been concluded and was a complete success. MOTUL was particularly enthusiastic about the extensive features of vitero inspire. Interactions, effects and the adaptation of room backgrounds depending on the occasion were particularly important to them and were integrated into the sustainable training concept.
